To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. All orders placed through SwiftDrop are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may be charged by your local authorities. You are responsible for any such charges imposed on your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith based on our experience with shipping carriers, but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items such as personalized products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods are not eligible for return. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
